No. 3 Hairdressing was established in 2008 by Francesca Randese and Kelly Evans. With more than 24 years experience between them, they both felt Bath was lacking an independent salon that reflected the city’s beauty and uniqueness. Since its launch, No. 3 has expanded considerably and gone from strength to strength. Francesca and Kelly are proud of the excellent reputation they have established in Bath, and of the team of top professionals who always offer a warm welcome and a relaxing, enjoyable salon experience.

lucia randese - senior stylist
Lucia Randese brings 10 years salon experience and has also worked on a variety of high profile photo shoots. Lucia has also completed many advanced courses in cutting, product knowledge and teaching.
shelley satchell - colour specialist
With more than 11 years experience as a hair colourist, Shelley has established an impressive portfolio of award-winning work both within leading salons and on various shows and photo-shoots.
victoria lovell - colour specialist
Equally experienced, Victoria has a specialist degree in l'Oreal Colour and was recently shortlisted as one of the top five Colour Technicians of the year.
jessica singer - stylist
Jessica Singer has accumulated 4 years intensive salon work and assisted on several fashion shoots. Having completed many courses with Bumble and bumble, Jessica has an in-depth knowledge of the products.
holly ferris - technician
With 3 years salon experience, Holly has completed several training courses with L’Oreal and assisted on photo-shoots.
